Sidharth Malhotra and Ali Bhatt to be paired in Aashiqui 3!

Sidharth Malhotra has been feathering his nest with a lot of interesting projects.

After wrapping up work on Ittefaq, the Ek Villain actor has already started shooting for Neeraj Pandey’s Aiyaary.

Recently, Sidharth was seen doing the rounds of the Matrix offices, making us wonder what else is on his cards.

Well, as per reports in DNA, Sid and his Ek Villain director Mohit Suri have been cooking something very interesting.

 “Sid has been meeting Mohit Suri who will be directing Aashiqui 3. The two of them have been discussing the script and finalising everything because they plan to go on floors as soon as Sid is done with Aiyaary,” a source was quoted saying.

What's more exciting is that Sid will be joined by his Student of the Year co-star Alia Bhatt in the third installment of the romantic musical franchise.

“Alia is also busy shooting for Meghna Gulzar’s next but it’s a smaller film with a start-to-finish schedule. Once she wraps up Meghna’s film, she will have some time in her hand before she begins work on Gully Boy in November. Mohit wants to shoot Aashiqui 3 in that time so they are planning to lock in on the script as soon as possible,” the source added.

After the success of Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor's romance in Aashiqui 2, we just can't wait for the new sequel to hit the screens!
