In Snatched , daughter Emily ( Amy Schu mer) and mom Linda (Goldie Hawn) go on vacation to Ecuador after Emily can't find anyone to take her newly ex-boyfriend's place on a nonrefundable trip. Unlike Emily and Linda, my mom and I travel together on purpose all the time, both domestically and internationally.
