Hollywood Actress Lindsay Lohan's estranged father Michael has promised that he would stand by his daughter during her stint in the jail whilst she has continued to ignore him. Lindsay Lohan was Tuesday ordered to spend 90 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation by drinking. Lohan broke into tears inside the courtroom as Judge Marsha Revel announced her judgement. In addition to her jail sentence, Revel ordered Lohan to spend three months in a rehabilitation clinic following finding that she had failed to attend rehab courses in recent months that were ordered in an earlier ruling. The 24-year-old actress avoided arrest in June after her representatives posted part of the $200,000 bail following an alcohol bracelet detected that she were drinking following the MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles.
